Am I not receiving the emails?

To make the purchase I need to create an account on the site?

What are the forms of payment?

For domestic purchases (Brazil): Boleto bancário (cash) or credit card with recurring charges.

For international purchases: Boleto bancário (cash) or credit card in installments.

What is recurring payment?

Unlike installment payments, recurring payments are a way to not burden the buyer with high interest rates and do not take the customer’s credit card limit.

Which cards are accepted?

We currently accept the following credit cards: • Visa
• MasterCard
• Diners
• American Express
• Elo

PS: We do not accept debit cards.

What are the prerequisites for attending the event?

Being a Pilates instructor.

To have preferably undergraduate or be a student in Physical Education, Physiotherapist, Dance or related areas.

If I do not pay the ticket on time what happens?

The sale will expire and you will have to redo the purchase.

After completing the purchase I received an invoice what should I do?

If you chose to make the payment via card: you must enter the card details to complete the purchase.

If you chose to pay by ticket: you must print the ticket and make the payment to complete the purchase.

I do not speak English. Is there any problem?

No, no problem. We will have consecutive translation in each activity so that you can make the most of each moment.

What is the expiration of the tickets in sight?

The ticket is issued automatically by the system due 5 days from the date of purchase.
