Both cancellation and transfer of courses must be made in writing, via email [email protected].

In the case of cancellation of the registration, the returns will follow the following criteria:

• Up to 7 calendar days after the purchase takes place – 100% refund of the amount paid.
• Up to 60 days before the event – return of 70% of the amount paid.
• From 59 to 45 days before the event – 50% refund of the amount paid.
• From 44 to 30 days before the event – return of 20% of the amount paid.
• From 29 to 7 days – there will be no refund, but it is possible to indicate another person to attend the class (s) in your place. Contact the organization of the event.
• For cancellations after the deadline mentioned above, during the 6 days prior to the start of the event, there will be no cancellation and / or reversal. It will not be allowed to exchange or transfer activities, as well as to return the amounts already paid, without prejudice to amounts due as a reserve of vacancy.

The Pilates Studio ® Brasil reserves the right to change the number of places, dates, times or cancel the event if it does not reach the minimum number of students or, for exceptional reasons. In this case, the amounts already paid by the student regarding the enrollment will be fully refunded without a fine.
